Who Should Attend
This is a virtual conference designed to support you in developing your ability to listen, understand and respond appropriately. As administrative and support professionals it’s your role to help those who are helping members. Participants will learn techniques for taking ownership of the internal relationship and the task at hand. You’ll work with subject matter experts to learn how identifying the root causes can help you solve problems. We’ll also be joined by experts who will help show you the link between building solid teams by having each team member assert themselves positively and confidently. The conference will end with a focus on developing critical thinking skills where participants will be provided with tools to help them build these skills when they return to their desk.
This conference bundle includes four sessions held from October 3 to October 24.
