Who Should Attend
This 15-week online class uses an online collaboration centre with a subject matter expert to take participants through the Credit Union Strategic Management course. This course provides a general overview of strategic management for credit unions - the process of choosing and defining purposes and objectives, formulating and implementing viable strategies, and monitoring strategic performance.
Participants will study the role of strategic management, develop an ability to see the enterprise as a whole and understand how and why the various functions of the business are interdependent and need to be coordinated.
Accordingly, the focus of the course is the organization in its totality - the environment in which it operates, its strategy and its internal activities.
