Who Should Attend
The eClass is comprised of two independent pre-work sessions and two online group sessions. Completing all eClass components is required to be credited with completing this course.
This case-based eClass provides an overview of the human resource governance accountabilities of credit union boards, with a key focus on managing the board/CEO relationship. It is designed to build awareness of this body of knowledge, outlining the key activities and considerations board members should be familiar with in order to fulfill their due diligence in governing the credit union’s human capital needs.
Your learning about HR governance starts before the online session. About a week before, you will receive an email with a link to a pre-recorded Conference Board of Canada webinar and reading material.
