This 60-minute eLearning course introduces the learner to the core concepts of lending and walks them through the roles and responsibilities of the position. It explores the function through both a risk and opportunity lenses giving the learner a better understanding of the key role they play in each.
With knowledge of the core credit concepts, FSRs have the ability to turn day-to-day member loan requests into conversations about a member’s overall financial fitness.
