Who Should Attend
When the Canadian Credit Union Association (CCUA) undertook a research project with York University’s Schulich School of Business, the goal was to identify the profile of a top performing credit union director. After months of consultation, assessments and interviews with stakeholders, the analysis was completed. Together, we have identified the “Credit Union Director DNA”.
In this half-day course, you will review the findings and identify strengths and areas for development for directors across our system. Prior to attending, you will complete an individual online assessment (approximately 30 minutes). The results are confidential and will be provided to you at the session.
