This 30-minute module will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to appropriately identify, adjudicate, price and process loans for members with above average income and net worth. Financial Service Representatives (FSRs), lenders, and other staff working with members who demonstrate excellent fiscal management, may also find this module helpful.
The module will reinforce the 8 C’s of credit and helps the learner strengthen their lending process. It pays particular attention to potential business opportunities in wealth management and insurance by focusing on the C’s of Capacity, Capital and Cross-selling.
With a high level of learner interactivity this module will help build confidence and professionalism in dealing with complicated and sometimes intimidating members.
