Who Should Attend
Member Service Representatives are the first point of contact for many member interactions. This means you have a unique vantage point for risk control within the credit union. Risks may be transaction based such as fraud, forgery, money laundering, or cyber threats. Risks may also be based against a person such as robbery, extortion, or harassment.
In this 30-minute eLearning course you will learn about frontline risk management. You will see examples of the types of risks you may be exposed to, and the types of risk you’ll be asked to help the credit union protect itself against. By using an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) approach, your credit union is helping to protect you, your members, and your credit union from potential loss. This course helps you identify, report, and manage risk from the frontline.
