Who Should Attend

Event Description

This 1-day course engages directors in a detailed discussion about the responsibilities of a board and how they can be integrated into routine functions. The course focuses on the emerging skills and competencies that directors should possess to lead progressive credit unions, such as the ability to balance strategic opportunities and prudent risk management. This course demystifies the processes that boards can use to link accountability, risk oversight and strategic direction and to ensure that value continues to be created and protected for the credit union's members.
