Initiating wealth conversations is difficult. Many credit union employees, especially those new in their role or working on the frontline, are challenged with transitioning the conversation from chat about friends, family and the weather to something more important like long and short-term financial goals. Many feel the member doesn’t want to chat about serious topics or that they don’t have time.
