Customer Service and Integrated Accessibility Standards
Who Should Attend
This 50-minute eLearning module replaces two existing modules; Understanding Disability and AODA and Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation – Employee Training. Combining these courses will result in both time and cost savings while meeting the compliance requirements for disability training in the province of Ontario. The objective of this training program is to provide employees with the practical knowledge and skills they require to help create an inclusive workplace where everyone feels safe, comfortable and welcome.
To ensure this program is relevant and engaging, the new module includes practical scenarios employees may encounter on-the-job when working with colleagues or customers who have disabilities. Via interactive exercises, the user must determine the appropriate way to behave if faced with this situation (or a similar one) in the workplace.
