Who Should Attend
eLEAD is an 8-week cohort-based learning experience designed for established and emerging leaders. This program has become an integral part of HR strategy for many organizations who register individuals, teams or groups for the greatest benefit. Students learn theory to support or develop best practices and identify strategies to increase their effectiveness and impact. Shared learning, faculty feedback, and leadership round out the experience, with 100% of eLEAD participants saying they would recommend the program to others. Participants receive a certificate of completion.
Graduates of this program will gain valuable personal insight to propel their leadership to the next level and become better communicators and more confident leaders.
